Oast House

Our name is inspired by the Oast Houses which are predominantly found in the East Kent hop-growing region in England. These structures were used to dry hops immediately after harvest to aide in the preservation process.

Our beers are brewed in house on our 3 barrel (93 gallon) nano brewery by Owner Aron Deorsey, who has over 22 years of professional brewing experience.

King Genius Cream Ale

Easy-drinking and refreshing light ale brewed with corn.


ABV: 4.6%

IBUs: 16

SRM: 2.1

Malt/Adjuncts: 6-Row Barley, Flaked Maize

Hops: Challenger

Yeast: American Ale

Hopfenofen Hefeweizen

Brewed in the traditional Bavarian-style, essence of banana, clove & pink bubblegum. “Hopfenofen” loosely translates to “Hop Oast” in German.


ABV: 4.5%
IBUs: 10

SRM: 4

Malt: 50% GR Pilsner: 50% GR Wheat

Hops: GR Tettnang

Yeast: Munich Wheat Ale

Altbierior Motive German Brown

Copper-brown ale striking a balance between maltiness & hoppiness. Originating in Düsseldorf, Germany, this style translates to “old beer” referring to the old method of brewing ales in Germany.

Vindobona Vienna Lager

Light, malty Amber Lager. This style is consider the first commercially brewed lager in the world.

Little Koi Passion Fruit Sour

Our little sour beer brewed with 40 lbs of passion fruit. Don’t be “koi”, just try one.

Hops: Zamba

Yeast: Philly Sour

Gordie Lachancea Sour IPA

At the crossroads of a sour & hazy IPA, this “zero” IBU beer was brewed with zero hops in the kettle boil & solely dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Zamba blend. Fermented with Lachancea wild yeast. There are flavors of fruits from the hops, but zero fruit was added to the process.

Smoke On The Gratzer Smoked Wheat

The Dark Tower Imperial Stout (on nitro)

Medium-bodied dark ale with a slight roastiness. Poured with nitrogen to give a nice creamy head. Long days & pleasant nights.. May you have twice the number.

Brewed to commemorate our 4th anniversary! Dark Belgian Strong Ale modeled after the famous Trappist breweries in Belgium.
